I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account/Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your R & E and Trial Balance. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I would like a copy of my receipt.
	Click the "My Account/Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to access all of your order history. Find the appropriate order and print your receipt.
When will my debit appear on my R & E Report?
	The internal transfers are processed the first and third weeks of the month. Your order will appear on your R & E Report one to three weeks after your order has shipped. For example, if your order was placed on the 28th of the month, the entry will appear by the middle of the following month.
